Now we often eat with sterilized tableware. Because this kind of thing is often exposed to different meals, its appearance can not be completed by looking good alone. Pay attention to cleanliness at all times. There should be no rust on it. We need to remove the rust in time and keep it clean. So what are the methods of rust removal?
1. Grind 3-4 tablets of vitamin C into powder, sprinkle it on the surface of sterilized tableware, and then rub it with water.
2. Rinse with dilute oxalic acid solution and wipe with clean water.
3. Disinfect the old rust stains on the tableware, soak the rust with a mixture of slightly concentrated oxalic acid, citric acid and water, and then wipe it with concentrated brine.
4. Squeeze out fresh lemon juice and rub it on the rust spots until the rust spots are removed, and then wash it with soapy water. Rust is dirty. Some rust on sterilized tableware will deteriorate if it is not removed and mixed into food.
Sterilized tableware should be placed in a clean and dry environment, not in a polluted and humid environment. Try to avoid sticking vinegar, vegetable soup, washing powder and other corrosive substances on the shell of the disinfection cabinet to avoid rusting. Regularly pour out the accumulated water in the water receiving tray, and do not let the water flow into the vent when cleaning and radiating. If there is dirt inside the disinfection cupboard, spray neutral detergent on the dirt first, then wipe it gently with a towel, and then wipe it with a cleaning cloth. Do not use highly corrosive cleaners.
