1. If inferior and unqualified ceramic products are used, harmful substances will precipitate out, and then food will enter the human body. If the time is prolonged, it will cause chronic poisoning. Lead compounds in enamel are soluble. When food comes into contact with the surface of tableware, lead can be dissolved by organic acids in food. Before using the new tableware, it is best to boil it in boiling water for 5 minutes, and then soak it in vinegar at room temperature for 1-2 hours, because the ceramics will dissolve the toxic substances contained in the tableware in the presence of acids. For tableware that you don't trust, you can soak it in vinegar for several hours. If you find that the color changes obviously, you have to give up.

2. Clean ceramic tableware with a soft rag, while scouring cloth and washing powder are easy to damage the surface glaze, so it's best not to choose. At the same time, in the process of use, try not to put acid, oil, alkali and other food for a long time. In particular, do not put food with more oil into ceramic tableware and then put it into microwave oven for heating.
