Different materials of dishes are handled in different ways. They are usually cooked with salt water. So what's the use of boiling new dishes with salt water? Generally, after taking the newly bought dishes home, first clean the surface of the dishes with a soft dishcloth dipped in detergent. This is the first step, dust removal.
1. If you buy ceramic dishes, you can soak the newly bought ceramic dishes in vinegar for 1-2 hours, that is, the ceramic dishes with complex patterns and bright colors on the surface of the dishes. Test the chemical stability, acid corrosion resistance and easy fading of the ceramic disc.
2. If the dishes are made of other materials, put the washed dishes into boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. This can not only sterilize at high temperature, but also test the thermal stability of dishes. If it is a dish that will deform after boiling water, it is recommended to discard it.
Generally, after we buy new dishes, we cook them with salt water, which mainly has the following two functions:
1. Blanch the new dishes with boiling water, which can not only disinfect and sterilize at high temperature, but also remove oil stains and dust on the surface of the new dishes;
2. New dishes cooked in boiling water, especially those made of ceramics, can prolong the service life of dishes after this treatment.
